The Lansing Studio has been called the “hidden gem” of the capital city—and it certainly is! Located inside a beautifully renovated 200-year old factory, our studio features 1,000 sq ft of open space filled with gorgeous (buttery soft) natural light all. day. long.

We offer monthly membership packages for those who anticipate using the studio regularly and want to score some extra savings.
NOTE: Your rented time includes loading, set-up, and clean-up.

Upon completing your reservation, you will receive an email with all the details you need. If you don’t see an email come through in your inbox, check your spam folder. Since this email comes from our scheduling platform, Skedda, it sometimes lands in spam.
Enter the studio at the start of your time and leave when your time is done.
As a popular community studio space, we often have back-to-back bookings. To ensure you do not impede the next person’s time, please WAIT to enter the studio until the start of your time. Likewise, be sure to exit the studio when your time is done. Your willingness to follow the rules ensures we can continue to offer this affordable resource for all to enjoy. Additional fees are applied to renters who enter early or leave late.
Leave the studio how you found it.
We love to share this space as a creative community, and in order to continue to do this, everyone is expected to reset the space to how it was when you entered the studio. This means returning furniture to its place and picking up after yourself. While we deep clean each space weekly, we do NOT have a cleaning crew who tidies up after each rental. It is expected that each renter cleans up after themselves. We deeply appreciate your support in keeping this space nice for all who use it!
