Do you have tables and chairs available to rent?

We do! Our inventory includes seating for up to 30 people. You can indicate your interest in this option when you make your booking. A member from our team will reach out following your booking to complete your reservation.

Does your staff set up and clean up for us?

We do not. This is where we differ from your traditional event space (and what makes us affordable). YOU are responsible for the set up and clean up of your event. We try to make this easier with available cleaning supplies and a handy checklist on the door to follow. There are additional fees for renters who fail to clean up after themselves.

Can we hang things on the wall?

Yes! But only with command strips. No nails or screws. This applies to the 8x8 rolling wall too. Please ensure no sticky residue is left behind.

Can we play music?

Definitely! We’ve included a wireless Bose speaker for you to use in the space (you can bring your own too). Because we’re a multi-tenant building, we always want to be respectful to our neighbors, so use discretion with the volume. For this reason, we cannot accommodate DJs.

What type of events can be hosted in the space?

Our space is a great location for more intimate events such as bridal showers, baby showers, art shows, corporate networking, and educational workshops.
